This policy explains how Nexus Vector Academy of Artificial Intelligence handles information submitted through its website and application form.

Who controls your information

The public-facing organization responsible for deciding how information submitted through this site is used is Nexus Vector Academy of Artificial Intelligence. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to nexusvector1@gmail.com.

Information we collect

The application form asks for first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, current profession or business, company or organization, professional experience, how the applicant heard about Nexus Vector, and the applicant’s goals.

The goals field is free text. Applicants may voluntarily include additional personal information in that field and should avoid submitting sensitive information that is not necessary for their application.

The site host, Netlify, receives technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, including an IP address and browser user-agent information. Netlify may retain technical service logs under its own service terms and policies.

How and why we use information

Application information is used to review interest in Nexus Vector programs, assess and respond to an application inquiry, communicate with the applicant, and administer the admissions process. It is not used for automated decision-making or advertising based on the current site implementation.

Service providers and information flow

The site is hosted by Netlify. The application form is processed by Netlify Forms, and submissions are stored in Netlify’s form-submission database. Netlify Forms uses spam filtering, including a hidden honeypot field; automated submissions that complete that hidden field may be rejected.

When notification routing is enabled, submission contents will be sent by email to nexusvector1@gmail.com, a mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail). Netlify and Google will therefore process the submitted information to provide hosting, form processing, storage, spam filtering, and email-delivery services.

The site loads webfonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. On every page view, the visitor’s browser contacts Google and transmits technical request information including the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent.

Cookies, analytics, and browser storage

Based on complete static inspection of the current website bundle, this site contains no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags, or site-set cookies, and it does not use local storage, session storage, or browser database storage. Service providers may process ordinary request metadata as described above under their own service terms.

Retention

Application submissions will be retained for no longer than 12 months from receipt, unless the applicant enrolls or a legal obligation requires a longer period. After that period, they will be deleted from Netlify Forms and from the notification mailbox.

Netlify’s public Forms documentation does not state a fixed default retention period. It recommends that customers actively manage and regularly delete submissions containing personally identifiable information.

Sharing and disclosure

Information is shared with Netlify and Google only as described above to operate the site, process applications, store submissions, filter spam, and deliver notification email. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights. The current site does not contain advertising or data-broker integrations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email nexusvector1@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Children

The service is intended for adults. The site and application form are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so the request can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, application process, service providers, or legal requirements change. The last-updated date above identifies the current version.
